Stockly

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2, 2026

By creating an account or using Stockly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Stockly is an app for inventory and asset tracking for small businesses: cataloguing products and assets, scanning barcodes / QR codes, recording stock movements, running counts, and simple reporting. Stockly is not an ERP, does not issue tax or accounting documents, and does not replace your company's bookkeeping.

2. Your account

3. Your content

The data you enter (products, assets, movements, photos) is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that content to you and the members of your workspace, for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you enter and for keeping it lawful.

4. Plans and payment

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the app for unlawful activity; attempt to access other users' data; overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or reverse-engineer the infrastructure; or resell the service without a written agreement.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is". There may be maintenance, outages or feature changes. Export your data (CSV) regularly if it is critical to your operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockly is not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time under More → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance.

10. Contact and governing law

Questions: igor.ferreira.souza@gmail.com, or see the Support page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the developer is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
